Smalltown Hollywood ("we," "us") is a marketing agency providing paid media and advertising services to artists and businesses ("clients"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in the course of providing those services.

Lead Information from Advertising Platforms

When individuals voluntarily submit their information through lead forms on our clients' advertisements (including Meta Instant Forms on Facebook and Instagram), we receive the information those individuals chose to provide — typically full name, phone number, and/or email address.

We use this information for one purpose only: to deliver it to the client whose advertisement the individual responded to, so that client can contact the individual as requested (for example, adding them to the client's SMS community or email list that the individual signed up for).

  • We access lead information solely through Meta's official APIs, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

  • Lead information is transmitted directly to the relevant client's communication platform and is not sold, shared with other parties, or used for any purpose other than fulfilling the individual's signup request.

  • We retain lead information in transit logs for a maximum of 30 days for troubleshooting and delivery verification, after which it is deleted from our systems. The client retains the information in their own platform subject to their own privacy policy.

  • Individuals may request deletion of their information from our systems at any time by contacting info@smalltownhollywood.com. To opt out of a client's communications, individuals can use the opt-out mechanism in those communications (for example, replying STOP to SMS messages).

Analytics and Advertising Data

We access advertising performance data (such as impressions, spend, and results) for our clients' ad accounts through platform APIs to provide reporting services. This data is aggregate campaign data and does not include personal information about individuals.

Data Security

Credentials and data are stored on access-controlled systems. API access uses read-only, least-privilege tokens wherever possible.
